Visitors enter the house through the traditional style main door made of old olive wood and into a light and airy entry hall of around 30 m2. This leads either on to the spacious living/dining area, equipped to a very high standard with SAT TV, DVD and Stereo, optically separated only by a few steps. The adjoining kitchen and the utility room are fully equipped with modern utilities like dishwasher, freezer/fridge, washing machine, microwave etc. The one-piece sink made of Majorcan stone adds to the pleasant mixture of traditional and modern.

Or your way leads you from the entrance to the guest toilet and further on to the two double bedrooms, each one with a walk-in shower room and spacious built-in wardrobes. Upstairs you will find the third (and biggest) bedroom with its own terrace and a huge luxurious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Both rooms offer beautiful panoramic rooms of the surrounding landscape and the sea line on the horizon (only a short 10-minutes drive away). Three big terraces on ground floor level and the private swimming pool (5x11 meters) offer pure relaxation and refreshment.

Due to the underfloor heating underneath the Mares stone floor (traditional Majorcan stone) even in wintertime does the Finca radiate the pleasance of light and warmth.
